Agency must be classified as a 501(c)3 organization (not just a “non-profit”) and a copy of the letter of determination must be provided. If the agency works under the umbrella of a separate 501(c)3, a letter from the other agency will be requested.
Agency must have a volunteer board of directors that meets regularly.
Agency must be willing to “not compete” with UF for fundraising during the black period between September 15 and November 15.
Agency must submit monthly program reporting.
Agency must provide a copy of their most recent audit or annual financial statement.
Agency must participate in the annual Wabash Rotary/UF Golf outing, setting up a table at a hole during the outing to share information about the agency with golfers.
Agency must attend periodic meetings hosted by the UF.
